How do I place an order?

Head over to the contact us page and fill out the enquiry form. Please include the following information: date of celebration, desired cupcake arrangement, colour scheme, if delivery is required, please specify location. 

 

What flavours do you offer?

We offer vanilla or chocolate flavoured sponge. Our flavours are in our buttercream! We offer mango, raspberry, lemon, buttery caramel or classic vanilla.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. For weddings, we cover the Gloucestershire, Somerset, Bristol areas and delivery is charged on mileage. If you are located outside of these areas and still wish to have our cupcakes delivered to your wedding venue, please contact us.​ For all non-wedding orders, we deliver to most of Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas. Delivery costs depend on distance from our location.

Do you offer gluten free/dairy free/vegan options?

Yes. We can cater to all of these dietary requirements. If you or your guests have other dietary requirements, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Do you need a deposit?

For all wedding orders, we require a non-refundable deposit of £100 to secure your date, this will come of the final price.

For non-wedding orders we require a 50% deposit.

For cake stand hire, we require a £100 fully refundable deposit.

How do the wedding consultations work?

We offer free consultations where we come to your home or meet an agreed location. The consultation will be at a time convenient to you- we know how busy wedding planning can be, and will leave it down to you when you are ready to meet and discuss your requirements. 

During the consultation, we will discuss your colour scheme and flower selection. We'd love for you to show us your inspiration, such as your florals and bouquets. If you know your colour schemes beforehand, I can come prepared with some cupcakes in various shades to look at to ensure you like them.
